About the project
A restaurant is an integral part of the modern day life. It’s not necessarily a luxury, but, rather, an every-day necessity. People come there to discuss their problems at dinner or a cup of coffee, to hold an interview, to meet business partners and friends. A successful restaurateur must keep track of his guests’ needs, foreknow
their desires and be aware of all trends.
Teachers at the Ginza School will tell you how to succeed in the restaurant business. Where should one begin, how to earn trust of clients and how to surprise them – in order to make profits grow – what the personnel must be like and how to plan an event. All this you can learn at our theoretical lectures.
The practical part invites you to get to know the Ginza Project restaurants better, every one of which is the result of real professionals’ work – chefs, designers, managers and workers.
A separate subject – is the mechanism of relations with the guests. During the learning process, you will go through the most common mistakes, which often occur while setting up the workflow, as well as learn how to properly build
relations between members of your team.
The learning program has two specializations – art-director and restaurant management. The learning program lasts for 3 months
