Paul

About the restaurant

The first Paul bakery was opened in Lille in 1889. Since then, the bakery has conquered 24 countries and works in  the UK, the USA, Belgium, Japan and many other countries. Every morning, 436 bakeries worldwide bake fresh croissants, baguettes and macaroni. Since 2012, the Paul brand has been represented in Russia by the Ginza Project restaurant group. The success and popularity of Paul is ensured by the non-changing quality of ingredients and secret family recipes.

In more than 120 years, not only the recipes have stayed intact, but the brand’s style too – the same recognizable black and white tiles still remain the bakery’s trademark sign.

Today the bakery offers more than 140 types of bread, as well as traditional French croissants, sandwiches, cakes, pastries and macaroni. Apart from that, you may treat yourselves to the real French onion soup and other dishes of European cuisine.

Among the principles of the Paul family business which ensure its long-standing and global popularity – continuity of generations, the highest quality of ingredients and ready-made products. “In more than 120 years, the French bread has been our family’s religion. Our passion and our demand for good products has been flowing through 5 generations. Our recipes are uncompromised – selection of ingredients, freshness, immaculate look of our stands. All this is highly important to us. We always guarantee quality, having just one goal – achieving our client’s maximum satisfaction”.
