    About the restaurant

    The restaurant's interiors smoothly combine natural overtones with elements of a festivity. Natural wood and lively plant pictures stand side by side with urban overtones and vivid details, as if brought in from an amusement park. But the main thing is that this variety does not create a feeling of dissonance - to the contrary, it makes you want to stay here longer to enjoy the peculiar interior design

    The interior design was created by Moscow's NoGraph studio, which also ran the projects of the Terassa, the Jelsomino Café, the Rib Eye and other restaurants of the group.

    A 400 square meter open kitchen with a pizza stove takes the center stage at the restaurant. It is here that genuine culinary masterpieces are born - the ones which we recommend to our guests. Under the guidance of Chef Alexander Belkovich, the Gastronomika's Chef Anton Isakov treats his guests to international cuisine made in a trendy, new way.

    We offer underground parking for 25 cars to our driving guests. Those who prefers to save time and travel on foot, we can assure that our restaurant is situated just a few steps away from the ‘‘Mayakovskaya’’ subway station and Nevskiy Prospekt. We're planning to open a glass terrace in the spring, which will make your time with us even cozier and more pleasant.

    Anton Isakov was born in Leningrad in 1985. He studied at the Naval technical college to become a "naval cook". He delved into the culinary life in 2005, when became the assistant to Fabrizzio Fatucci at the Sculptors restaurant. The two had often served to Russia's President Dmitriy Medvedev at open and private events

    Anton has had numerous trips to Italy, where he studied local gastronomy and gained experience. 

    The Chef is a frequent name on different nominations and festival line-ups - he performed in Paris at the Omnivoire Paris global festival - together with Ivan Berezutskiy; represented Russia at the Russian cuisine week in Estonia; has regularly participated in the "Madrid Fusion" global gathering of chefs, where new gastronomic techniques are being shown. in 2012, he ran the VIP kitchen at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum. He recently embarked on an exhibition to the White Sea, where he learnt a lot about regional products and local cuisine. In 2013 he participated in the "Northern Cuisine" competition, as well as making a tour to Moscow - to open the "pop-up" project DOOR 19. 

    Anton is engaged in development and innovation of the Russian gastronomy, and is an avid art fan - paints his own pictures.
