About the restaurant

You don’t bring your own samovar to Tula, as the saying goes, but we brought our own barbeque place. We also brought a tandoor, an oven and a menu written in cursive – the trademark feature of the “Pryanosti&Radosti”. This means that the Ginza Project group has finally opened the long-anticipated “Pryanosti&Radosti” restaurant for the residents of Tula and guests of the arms-making capital of Russia. The location for the three-storied venue is very sweet – the picturesque embankment of Upa River.

You just have to take your whole family to the “Pryanosti&Radosti”. Because it is designed to please both adults and children. Every detail of the interior design, every line in cursive on the menu have been made with love and a sincere intention to surprise. Noble types of wood used in the interiors, variety of natural flowers, peculiar service of dishes – all that contributes to the feeling of happiness among guests of all ages.

The 2nd floor of the restaurant is a spacious banquette hall with open kitchen. There is a barbeque place, where juicy kebabs of chicken, lamb or veal are made. This hall can seat up to 250 guests and would be ideal for weddings, parties or corporate meetings. The 3rd floor opens a splendid view over the embankment and the famous arms museum. Shelves with sweets and spice cans create an atmosphere of warmth and coziness, which invites to soulful and unhesitant pastime. Our own tandoor oven spurns recollection of one’s childhood – when homemade bread seemed like the tastiest in the world. And our authentic oven sends you on an imaginary trip across the Mediterranean, because a pizza made in this oven is no different to the one made in the sunny Italy.

Every guest would find a dish to suit one’s taste on the menu – Georgian specialties made upon traditional recipes (like Kharcho soup, homemade pickled vegetables, traditional Khachapuri), designer dishes from the Chef or main hits of European cuisine. The “Pryanosti&Radosti” supports the traditions of family pastime – there are children shows on the weekends, while your children will always be looked after by professional nannies. From now on, not only will Tula be famed for its gingerbread, but also for our “Pryanosti&Radosti” restaurant.

Chef

The restaurant’s kitchen is under the watchful eye of the caring and hospitable Iso Dzandzava

Iso Dzandzava

Chef

Despite that Iso Dzandzava has never been taught how to cook professionally, she has developed her own vision and taste of the Georgian cuisine. Having received medical education, she could not imagine that she would never become a doctor. Now Iso is Chef at the group’s six restaurants.

She embarked upon the culinary path in the early childhood — her mother and grandmother let her in on secrets of cooking delicious food. That's why she exclusively implements her own home recipes into restaurants’ menus.

«A gourmet who has tried the real Georgian cuisine will always know when im changing a recipe. A client would not appreciate if i make Mamalyga watery and it has to be eaten with a spoon. Noone eats like that in Georgia.

I was brought up in a family where seniors and children were respected and where  guests were always welcome. All my childhood I watched how my mother and my grandmother did their best to cook something special, and I liked it very much. I have preserved these recipes and now I use them».
