Khedi Hotel by Ginza Project is located in Avlabari, one of the oldest districts of Tbilisi, near the Tsminda Sameba Cathedral and the Peace Bridge. The hotel lives up to its name (ხედი - view) - the rooms offer a panoramic view of the roofs of the Old City and modern quarters, the Zviyad Gamsakhurdia embankment and the necklace of mountains that carefully surrounds the city.

    About the project

The first building of the multifunctional complex offers rooms decorated in a discreet neoclassical style with bright splashes of colored decor elements and represents modernist Georgia through the eyes of designer Nia Mgalovlishvili

The space of the second building furnished by Ukrainian designer Yevgeny Evdokimov welcomes with warm colors, bicentennial wood and textured fabrics. Two moods, two approaches to space in their own way glorify Georgian culture and craftsmanship with care for the comfort and coziness of guests.Natural colors, abundance of greenery and furniture and textiles from masters from all over Georgia. The interior of the hotel is an anthem to Georgian manufacturers and artists who carefully preserve and pass on from generation to generation the traditions and culture of their ancestors.

The centers of attraction for the guests of the new design hotel are the modern and discreet common space of the first building and the green area of the second one under the transparent pyramid of the ceiling, where the reception, recreation area and lounge are located. Each lobby has a bar where you can drink aromatic morning coffee and tune in to a new day. There is a restaurant in the hotel also called Khedi headed by Izo Dzandzava - the first Georgian chef noted by the Michelin guide. The basis of the menu is Georgian cuisine dishes, the recipes of which were passed down from generation to generation in the Izo Dzandzava family, and the author's interpretation of the culinary traditions of Georgia. Guests of the hotel can use the services of a fitness room and a spa complex. For business events, the building houses a conference hall for 250 people.
