Restaurant Karlson – survivor and Moscow audiences’ favorite place – located on the Central City Tower roof, which offers panoramic view of the Kremlin and Moscow’s historical center.
The new menu is based on local products: russian marbled beef, fish and farm poultry. Meanwhile, prices became more democratic.
In addition you can start with dining sets which cost no more than 500 rubles and get changed every week, or try dishes from the main menu with a 20% discount till 4 pm.
Technological progress has not bypassed the kitchen of the restaurant, which has expanded cooking possibilities. The centerpiece of the open kitchen is the wood eko grill. Also, the technology of longing and smoking products became available. All this has helped not only to speed up the cooking process, but also significantly improve the quality of food.
The interior renovation process was headed by Natalia Belonogova who designed plenty capital's restaurants and cafes: UGOLЁK, Mendeleev Bar, AQ Kitchen and many others. Playing with color, good space zoning, new furniture, live plants and a large number of drop-down chandeliers made the space of the restaurant lighter, easier and more comfortable.
The balcony of the restaurant is equipped with a VIP-area, separated by bright stained-glass windows, where you can hold business meetings, private events or a romantic evenings. The improved restaurant supports the concept of food and wine events, where guests have a unique opportunity to enjoy a special menu accompanied by the best wines recommended by our sommelier.
Traditionally, there are activities for children. Every weekend you can find here: children's animator, workshops, cooking classes, performances and active games.
