Locate in the very center of the city, the Park Kultury is a combination of a restaurant with high cuisine and a performance venue with rich entertainment program, professional karaoke and concerts of leading local and foreign musicians.

The Park Kultury is located in the very center of the city, just a few steps away from the mayor’s office and world-class boutiques. It is not just a restaurant, but a way to assert oneself. The restaurant became known for its quality combination of exquisite gastronomy and diverse entertainment program. Apart from main hall which seats 80 guests, the Park Kultury grounds host the Jelsomino karaoke call – the project by the network of the best karaoke halls in Moscow and St. Petersburg. It offers professional sound equipment and back vocalists. 

On Fridays and Saturdays, starting from 22-00, the restaurant turns into a nightclub. Leading local and foreign DJs frequently perform here, just as popular dance crews and musicians of all styles. Another pleasant feature of the Park Kultury is its summer terrace, which works all year round, transforming itself into a winter terrace. Our guests who like a particular table at the summer terrace, in a cozy atmosphere of a greenhouse, won’t have to change their habits when the cold weather comes. 

The restaurant’s menu includes dishes of various world cuisines: seafood-rich Mediterranean, spicy Asian, exquisite French, surprising Italian and beloved Russian. Dishes from Chef Mikhail Simagin are the menu’s brightest attractions.

    Vibrant historic mansion, built in 1907 by G.N.Vasiliev and gifted to the city by merchant Tokarev.

Chef

Born and raised in Moscow. After school, he graduated from a college of soviet trade and public catering. After which went into Moscow State University of Technology and Management. In 2011, he trained confectionary skills in France and Spain.

In 2009 he trained at the globally known school of food culture and modern cuisine in Paris – Le Cordon Bleu. He considers French cuisine as the benchmark of everything and follows its ideals. He considers the “big and kind-hearted” Chef of the Vogue-Caf? Yuriy Rozhkov and the current Chef of the White Rabbit restaurant Konstantin Ivlev as his teachers,Since 2009, he’s been in charge of the kitchen at the Park Kultury restaurant, bringing the modern vision of high cuisine to Rostov.
